By accessing and using the Pray Assist mobile application, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose and Rules of Platform Use
- Pray Assist is an educational community designed entirely for prayer and worship support, Quran reading, Islamic learning, and lessons with verified teachers.
- Using the platform for dating, commercial advertising, or to harass users is strictly prohibited. Profiles found to be used for dating or harassment are blocked immediately and permanently.
- Users are obliged to behave respectfully and ethically toward other members. Profanity, hate speech, harassment, or sharing inappropriate content are grounds for direct account termination.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
To open an account you must be at least 13 years old; where local law sets a higher age for digital consent, that age applies. The information you give when registering must be accurate and kept up to date. Your account is personal: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. One person may not run multiple accounts to evade a block.
3. Subscriptions, Payments and Renewal
Pray Assist offers a free tier and the paid Plus, Gold and Premium tiers, available on monthly, three-month, six-month and yearly terms. Paid tiers are sold through the app store you installed the app from; the price shown at purchase, in your own currency, is the amount charged. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and cancellation is done from your app store account settings, not from us. Refunds follow the rules of the store that took the payment; our own refund practice is described in the Refund Policy.
4. Advertising in the Free Tier
The free tier is funded by advertising. Adverts are shown inside the app after you sign in, and any paid tier removes them completely. Advertising never uses your worship record, your questions to the AI guide, or your conversations with teachers; the AI Disclosure Notice and the Privacy Policy describe what is used instead.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
The content you upload — profile photo, messages, recitation recordings, questions — remains yours. By uploading it you grant us the limited, revocable licence we need to store it, deliver it to its intended recipients, and moderate it. You warrant that you hold the rights to what you share. The application itself, its source code, design, brand and educational material belong to EGEROBOT and may not be copied, resold or reverse engineered.
6. AI-Powered Features
The AI guide and the other AI-powered features are an assistive, probabilistic decision-support tool. Their answers are not a binding religious ruling (fatwa) and are not professional, legal or medical advice. Their use is additionally governed by the AI Features Terms of Use, which form an integral part of these terms.
7. Suspension and Termination
Accounts that breach these terms or the Community Guidelines may be warned, restricted, suspended or permanently closed, with the severity of the breach determining the measure. Breaches that endanger other users — harassment, sexual content, hate speech, exploitation of minors — result in immediate and permanent closure. You may close your own account at any time from the in-app settings menu; closing it does not refund the unused part of a subscription unless the store rules say otherwise.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damage, loss of profit, or the consequences of relying on AI output. Our financial liability is limited to the amount the relevant user has paid in the last 12 months. The full statement is in the Disclaimer of Liability.
9. Service Changes
Pray Assist reserves the right to update the platform's features, design, and terms of use without prior notice. Changes that materially affect your rights are announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the app after that announcement means you accept them.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not remove the mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
