This notice explains how your personal data is processed within Pray Assist's AI-powered features in accordance with 6698 and the GDPR. Data controller: EGEROBOT.
1. Data Processed and Purposes
- Visual/audio data (profile photos, recitation recordings, voice messages, photographs of ingredient labels) → content moderation, recitation feedback, voice-message transcription and label reading.
- Text inputs (your questions to the AI guide, messages, prompts) → answering your questions, AI suggestions, and content analysis / profanity filtering.
- Profile and worship data (city, madhhab and calculation method, worship record, learning goals) → prayer time accuracy, lesson recommendations and progress tracking.
2. Use of Data in AI Training
Privacy by Design and anonymization principles are applied. Your raw personal data is not used to train models without your explicit consent.
3. Transfers (Third-Party AI Providers)
Some processing is carried out via the enterprise APIs of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and AWS. Transfers comply with the cross-border data-transfer rules of applicable data-protection law and the GDPR, and are encrypted and made on a zero-data-retention / opt-out basis.
4. Automated Decision-Making
The AI features are a decision-support tool. A decision that legally or similarly significantly affects you is not based solely on automated processing; you have the right to object and to request human intervention.
5. Retention
Content sent to an AI provider is processed for the request and is not retained by that provider. On our own systems the input and the answer are kept only as long as the related feature requires — for conversation history, moderation records and abuse investigation — and are erased when your account is deleted.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable data-protection law and the GDPR (Arts. 15-22), you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, and withdraw your consent.
