What are the five daily prayers?
The five daily prayers are Fajr before sunrise, Dhuhr after midday, Asr in the afternoon, Maghrib just after sunset and Isha at night, and each one has its own time window that shifts with your location and the season.
The five, in order
Fajr begins at true dawn and ends at sunrise. Dhuhr begins once the sun has passed its highest point. Asr falls in the later afternoon. Maghrib begins just after sunset. Isha begins when the evening twilight has gone.
