How do I report a mistake in the content?
To report a mistake in Pray Assist, open the item where you saw it, use the report option on that screen, describe what is wrong, and send it with the reference the app attaches automatically.
- Open the item itselfGo to the exact verse, hadith, dua or prayer time that looks wrong, rather than reporting from a general settings screen.
- Choose reportUse the report option on that item. The app attaches the reference, your translation choice and your calculation method so nobody has to guess what you were looking at.
- Say what is wrongOne clear sentence is enough: the word that is misspelled, the number that does not match, the minute the prayer time is off by.
- Send itText and reference corrections are treated as urgent and are fixed in the content, not just in a reply to you.
