Pray Assist works without an account: install it, set your location, and prayer times, adhan, qibla, Quran, dua, hadith and worship tracking all work while you are signed out.
Nothing to sign up for
The app is usable within a minute of installing. There is no sign-up wall in front of the first prayer time.
Where you would want one
An account is useful when you want your record on a second device, when you want to keep your history after changing phones, or when you want to ask a scholar and get an answer back.
Adding one later
Sign in whenever you like and the data already on the device is carried over.
